jumbled thoughts

there are a few things you should know about this blog:

1. i listen to lots of 80s metal. it is fantastic. shut up.
2. i love iceland a lot. iceland and i will someday get together and it will be fantastic.
3. i dig vinyl. vinyl is important to me. if you say vinylS to me, i will yell at you. or at least, i’ll turn bright red and try to calmly explain to you that you’re not supposed to do that.
4. i’ve been on tumblr since 2008. fun, right? i’ve met a few great friends because of this community and that’s probably why i can’t quit it. 
5. politics matter. i majored in political science at lynchburg college and it means the world to me. 
6. i don’t actually work in politics (yet). i work for a small and lovely wine importing company in virginia that is pretty wonderful. i know way too much about wine and at the same time, absolutely nothing. 
7. i have a silly girl crush on the following men: chris walla, ryan adams, matthew gray gubler, jon hamm, ryan gosling, donald glover, shemar moore, adrien brody, adam scott, and jon huntsman.

did i cover everything? probably not. but i’m more than this blog. you do get that, right? it’s just shadows.
